VESPER

INGREDIENTS


3 ounces Gin 金酒            

1 ounce Vodka 伏特加  

1/2 ounce Lillet  利莱酒    

Flamed orange peel for garnish

*Combine the gin,vodka ,and lillet in a mixing glass with ice and shake well.Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with the orange peel.

He looked carefully at the barman.

"A dry martini,"  he said . "one .in a deep champagne goblet."

"Oui, monsieur."

"Just a moment. three measures of Gordon's , one of vodka, half a measure of lillet. Shake it very well until it's ice-cold, than add a large thin slice of lemon peel . Got it ?"

"Certainly, monsieur ."The barman seemed pleased with the idea .
