莫林杯调酒大赛再度启程 | Monin Cup Is Coming Up

一年一度的中国莫林杯调酒大赛马上就要开启啦，这已经是它第四次在中国大陆举办了。全球共有超过140  多个国家举行莫林杯调酒大赛，中国将在上海（7月6日）、成都（7月12日）、北京（7月19日）与广州（7月26日）四个赛区举办城市赛。这个比赛旨在网罗全国各地能够将风味与创意完美融合，而且能够精准把握当前全球鸡尾酒界流行风尚的调酒达人。

报名者应为在职调酒师，年龄要求为 27周岁以下，需要按照要求在截止日前提交参赛饮品配方与饮品图片。不同赛区截止时间如下，上海：5 月 6 日，成都： 5月13日 ，北京：5月 20 日， 广州：5 月 27 日。

从四个城市赛中胜出的三位获胜者将赴上海参加8月3日举行的中国总决赛。中国总冠军将前往马来西亚参加亚洲决赛，洲际三甲将赴巴黎争夺“MONIN 世界调酒大赛冠军”。

Monin Cup is hitting China once again, as the competition returns to the Mainland for the fourth time. Taking place in Shanghai (6 July), Chengdu (12 July), Beijing (19 July) and Guangzhou (26 July), and also in over 140 countries worldwide, the cup is on the hunt for the bartender that best marries flavour with creativity, while displaying a knowledge of current trends that have taken hold in the global bartending world.

To register, participants must be career bartenders under 27 years old, and they need to submit a recipe and photo of their competition drink before these dates: 6 May for Shanghai, 13 May for Chengdu, 20 May for Beijing and 27 May for Guangzhou.

Three winners from these four regional rounds will go on to the China finals held in Shanghai on 3 August. The champion of that leg will then participate in the Asia finals in Malaysia, with the top three going on to Paris to compete for the title of “World Champion of Monin Cup”.
